A Belgian Wit brewed in collaboration with Taepyung Brewing and HHH.This beer features rich floral aromas along with notes of banana and clove from the yeast. It is brewed with the peel of “Sillabong,” a local hallabong citrus grown in Gyeongju, adding a bright citrus character. Gyeongju-grown wheat gives the beer a soft and smooth mouthfeel, making it especially refreshing and aromatic.

Sally is an 'botanical gose' with hope and sentimental feelings.
It starts with sourness and notes of lavender. Soon changes in to heavier notes of chamomile.And finishes with juniper berry's spiciness and saltiness of salt.

맥주가 더 이상 어두운 색의 음료가 아니게 된 19세기 영국, Pale Ale이라 불리던 밝아진 에일 맥주는 1895년부터 Light Bitter라는 이름을 공식적으로 갖게 되었습니다.
아쉬트리 <라이트 비터>는 당시의 히스토리컬 레서피를 나름대로 해석한 제품입니다. 브레디~캐러멜 까지의 몰티함, 도드라지는 홉 비터와 플레이버, 영국 효모의 프루티 에스테르가 완벽한 밸런스를 이루도록 했습니다.
19th century in Great Britain, beers were turning in to a lighter colour. at 1895 these types of beers so called "Pale ale" were officially named as "Best Bitter"
Ash tree's "Light bitter" is a modern recreation of the historical recipe. Bready~caramel like maltiness, Noticeable characters of hops, and of course fruity ester of English yeasts.

덴마크에 위치한 양조장 투올에서 출시한 나뛰르 시리즈 팜 하우스 스타일의 에일입니다.
보리, 호밀, 밀, 스펠트밀, 귀리의 다섯가지 곡물을 사용해 양조 후 레드 와인 푸더에 6개월 숙성을 거친 다음, 숙성하지 않은 영비어와 5:5로 블렌딩하였습니다.
그 후 와카투홉과 할러타우사피르 홉으로 마무리 드라이호핑을 진행한 맥주로써 여러가지의 뉘앙스를 한 잔에 담았습니다!
이번 겨울, 투 올의 폴리래디언트#2를 마시며 따뜻하게 마무리해보는 건 어떨까요?
A return of our five-grain Biere de Coupage. Half of the blend comprising of 21 month Foeder aged ale, the other half being a freshly fermented batch of the same harvest ale before it develops any acidity. Dry-Hopped just before packaging with Hallertau Saphir. Bottled with sugar for a natural carbonation.

House saison blended with Ashtree's own ale yeast.
Ashtree added red pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon for a taste that is mild and reminiscent of churros.

-Nose : 베리류의 과일 향과 사과, 망고스틴, 무화과껍질 등의 신선한 열대과일의 특징인 달콤한 아로마가 잘 느껴집니다. 엘더플라워와 장미, 제라늄과 같은 어린 풀과 젖은 나무의 뉘앙스가 함께 느껴지며 뒤이어 호두, 헤이즐넛과 같은 견과류와 흑설탕, 시나몬, 수정과, 백후추의 느낌이 약간의 스파이시함을 동반한 우디함과 함께 부드럽게 마무리됩니다.
-Palate : 쉐리 와인 캐스크에서 기인하는 달콤함, 배, 사과 등의 과실과 핵과류의 풍미가 나타나고, 절인 과일의 뉘앙스가 장미 계열의 꽃 풍미와 함게 어우러집니다. 한 모금 마시고 난 뒤의 우디함과 스파이시함으로 중간 이상의 바디감이 느껴지며, 약간의 쓴 맛과 알코올의 온기가 기분 좋게 느껴집니다.
-Finish : 중간 정도 길이의 피니쉬를 가지고 있으며, 블랙베리와 딸기 뉘앙스가 이어집니다. 적당한 산미가 끝에 남아 있어서 다음 모금을 기대하게 합니다.
Newborn 2024 is a "distilled liquor" single malt distilled, aged in Oloroso sherry barrel, and finished in New American oak cask.

이파뉴본 2024는 더블드라이호핑한 뉴잉글랜드 IPA를 증류한 후, 올로로소 쉐리 와인 캐스크 숙성으로 시작하고 뉴 아메리칸 오크 캐스크로 옮겨 추가 숙성을 해서 총 12개월간 숙성한 ‘일반증류주’입니다. IPA 캐스크에서 숙성한 여타 위스키들과는 달리, 실제로 IPA를 증류하여 산뜻한 홉의 향과 몰트, 캐스크 풍미의 밸런스가 매력적이죠. 해외에서도 IPA를 증류한 위스키(Hop Flavored Whisky / Hop Whisky)들이 있지만, 한국에서는 최초로 시도되고, 최초로 출시되는 제품입니다. -Nose : 스피아민트, 라벤더, 프레지아와 같은 꽃 향이 처음에 나타나며, 시트러스한 아로마와 모과, 리치, 멜론의 속살과 같은 신선한 향이 느껴집니다. 체리 캔디, 복숭아와 같은 달콤한 향이 느껴지다가, 이후에 고소한 몰트, 아몬드, 꿀의 뉘앙스가 백후추 느낌의 스파이시함과 만나서 마무리됩니다.
-Palate : 열대과일의 달콤함과 카라멜 그리고 화사한 편백나무의 화한 풍미가 느껴집니다. 약간의 산미와 우디함이 느껴지면, 한 모금 마시고 난 뒤에 나타나는 은은한 정향의 아로마도 매력적입니다. 중간 이하의 바디감이 느껴지면, 약간의 쓴 맛이 알코올의 온기와 함께 느껴집니다.

IPA Newborn is a Distilled liquor which is distilled with Double dry hopped NEIPA. Aged in Oloroso sherry barrel and finnished in New American Oak barrel for 12 months.
Distilling NEIPA gives it a unique Hoppy flavours. There are few whiskies made with IPA, but it is the very first try in Korea. Also comes with the NEIPA 'Once upon a time:Chaser'
