?저는 폭염 주의보가 내려진 어느 여름날 호기롭게 팔당까지 자전거를 타고 가 먹었던 아이스커피와 도너츠를 잊을 수가 없는데요. 정말 마시자마자 커피가 온몸 구석구석 쭉쭉 퍼져나가던 그 느낌을 지금도 잊을 수가 없답니다. 그때의 기억을 떠올리며 여름에 마시기 좋은 가벼운 커피 맥주를 만들어 보았습니다.
이번 <아아>에 사용한 원두는 콜롬비아 과코비아 농장에서 재배한 ’핑크 버번‘ 품종으로, 가공 과정에서 특별히 딸기와 함께 발효(Co-Fermented) 한 원두입니다. 너무 과일 느낌만 나서 인위적으로 느껴지는 원두보다는 과일의 풍미와 커피 캐릭터가 만나 복합적으로 느껴지는 원두가 선택의 기준이었습니다.

“What’s the best iced coffee you’ve ever had?”For me, it was an iced coffee and a donut after an ambitious bike ride all the way to Paldang on a scorching summer day under a heat advisory. I still remember that first sip?the way the coffee seemed to rush through every corner of my body, instantly bringing me back to life.Inspired by that memory, we brewed <AA>, a light and refreshing coffee beer made for hot summer days.For this batch, we used Pink Bourbon coffee beans grown at Guacobia Farm in Colombia. These beans were specially co-fermented with strawberries during processing. When selecting the coffee, we wanted to avoid something that tasted overly fruity or artificial. Instead, we looked for beans where the fruit character and the natural qualities of the coffee come together to create something layered and complex.We hope <AA> helps keep you cool and refreshed through the heat of August.Cheers!

아쉬트리 <라이트 비터>는 당시의 히스토리컬 레서피를 나름대로 해석한 제품입니다. 브레디~캐러멜 까지의 몰티함, 도드라지는 홉 비터와 플레이버, 영국 효모의 프루티 에스테르가 완벽한 밸런스를 이루도록 했습니다.

덴마크에 위치한 양조장 투올에서 출시한 나뛰르 시리즈 팜 하우스 스타일의 에일입니다.
보리, 호밀, 밀, 스펠트밀, 귀리의 다섯가지 곡물을 사용해 양조 후 레드 와인 푸더에 6개월 숙성을 거친 다음, 숙성하지 않은 영비어와 5:5로 블렌딩하였습니다.
그 후 와카투홉과 할러타우사피르 홉으로 마무리 드라이호핑을 진행한 맥주로써 여러가지의 뉘앙스를 한 잔에 담았습니다!
이번 겨울, 투 올의 폴리래디언트#2를 마시며 따뜻하게 마무리해보는 건 어떨까요?

뉴본2024는 싱글몰트로 증류하여 올로로소 쉐리 와인 캐스크에서 숙성을 시작하여 뉴 아메리칸 오크 캐스크에서 추가 숙성을 한 일반증류주 뉴본입니다. 11개월 동안 캐스크에서 숙성된 뉴본은 아직은 위스키라고 할 수는 없지만 위스키에서 느끼실 수 있는 다양한 맛과 향을 캐치해낼 수 있을 거예요. 크래프트브로스 특유의 달콤한 뉴메이크와 숙성에 사용된 두 가지 캐스크의 캐릭터를 충분히 느낄 수 있는 뉴본을 만나보세요.
-Nose : 베리류의 과일 향과 사과, 망고스틴, 무화과껍질 등의 신선한 열대과일의 특징인 달콤한 아로마가 잘 느껴집니다. 엘더플라워와 장미, 제라늄과 같은 어린 풀과 젖은 나무의 뉘앙스가 함께 느껴지며 뒤이어 호두, 헤이즐넛과 같은 견과류와 흑설탕, 시나몬, 수정과, 백후추의 느낌이 약간의 스파이시함을 동반한 우디함과 함께 부드럽게 마무리됩니다.
-Palate : 쉐리 와인 캐스크에서 기인하는 달콤함, 배, 사과 등의 과실과 핵과류의 풍미가 나타나고, 절인 과일의 뉘앙스가 장미 계열의 꽃 풍미와 함게 어우러집니다. 한 모금 마시고 난 뒤의 우디함과 스파이시함으로 중간 이상의 바디감이 느껴지며, 약간의 쓴 맛과 알코올의 온기가 기분 좋게 느껴집니다.

Newborn 2024 is a "distilled liquor" single malt distilled, aged in Oloroso sherry barrel, and finished in New American oak cask.

이파뉴본 2024는 더블드라이호핑한 뉴잉글랜드 IPA를 증류한 후, 올로로소 쉐리 와인 캐스크 숙성으로 시작하고 뉴 아메리칸 오크 캐스크로 옮겨 추가 숙성을 해서 총 12개월간 숙성한 ‘일반증류주’입니다. IPA 캐스크에서 숙성한 여타 위스키들과는 달리, 실제로 IPA를 증류하여 산뜻한 홉의 향과 몰트, 캐스크 풍미의 밸런스가 매력적이죠. 해외에서도 IPA를 증류한 위스키(Hop Flavored Whisky / Hop Whisky)들이 있지만, 한국에서는 최초로 시도되고, 최초로 출시되는 제품입니다. IPA를 증류한 뉴본이라 이번에 출시하는 원스어폰어타임 IPA Chaser 맥주를 체이서로 함께 드시면 뉴잉글랜드 IPA의 매력을 충분히 즐기실 수 있습니다.
-Nose : 스피아민트, 라벤더, 프레지아와 같은 꽃 향이 처음에 나타나며, 시트러스한 아로마와 모과, 리치, 멜론의 속살과 같은 신선한 향이 느껴집니다. 체리 캔디, 복숭아와 같은 달콤한 향이 느껴지다가, 이후에 고소한 몰트, 아몬드, 꿀의 뉘앙스가 백후추 느낌의 스파이시함과 만나서 마무리됩니다.

IPA Newborn is a Distilled liquor which is distilled with Double dry hopped NEIPA. Aged in Oloroso sherry barrel and finnished in New American Oak barrel for 12 months.
Distilling NEIPA gives it a unique Hoppy flavours. There are few whiskies made with IPA, but it is the very first try in Korea. Also comes with the NEIPA 'Once upon a time:Chaser'
